Andres is a general practitioner and founder of Matias Law Firm, LLC. Andres’ practice covers a broad-spectrum of transactional legal matters for small business and personal matters. In the business transactional arena, he assists small business protect themselves against personal and business liability from pre-formation through dissolution and every milestone in between. In the area of personal legal matters, Andres helps clients with their municipal court matters, landlord tenant issues and immigration issues.

 

His prior experience as an Engineer gives him an edge over many other lawyers. Andres first worked as an engineer in the nuclear industry and worked his way through the ranks until he became a Senior Director for an Independent Power Producer. His real-world experience as an engineer gives him a unique perspective and excellent problem-solving skills.
